Steve-Watt Constructions is committed to Work Health and Safety (WHS) and establishing and maintaining an effective and efficient Health and Safety management system.

Our Health and Safety management system has been developed in accordance with the requirements of ISO 45001, occupational health and safety management systems standards.

The aim of our policy and all associated procedures is to ensure health and safety hazard identification, consultation, planning, and training is done by and for all supervisory staff, employees, and subcontractors to reduce risks.

The fundamental objective of the WHS policy is to:

Provide a safe working environment, free of workplace incidents or injury.
Compliance with all relevant WHS legal and statutory requirements, codes of practice and standards.
The company will establish and maintain a certified Integrated Management System (IMS), which incorporates the requirements of International Organisation for Standard (ISO 45001).

Management is committed to allocating adequate resources for promoting health and safety in the workplace and continues to review these measures to ensure ongoing improvement.

Steve Watt Constructions Pty Ltd requires all workers, contractors, and suppliers to adhere to the WHS Policy. Company employees are vital to health and safety management and will have the opportunity to critically review the policy and provide feedback.
